We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services
• Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
• Review any documents or reports provided by us and notify us of any errors or concerns
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you
• Pay all fees for services as agreed upon in the service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement between AccountPro ZA and the client. Generally, payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods which will be communicated to you at the time of engagement.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AccountPro ZA or our content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

You may view, download, and print content from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• We will provide you with any completed work for which payment has been received
• Any confidential information will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Any provision of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

These Terms, together with any service agreement or engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and AccountPro ZA regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our services.
